Hena is set to leave the LCK and join the LTAN in its inaugural year.
Park "Hena" Jeung-hwan is set to complete the roster of Lyon Gaming, the LATAM representative to the LTA North, for the team's debut season in the new league, per Sheep Esports sources. Lyon Gaming is a joint project of Movistar R7 and Six Karma, two LATAM organizations working together to give the LLA representative the best chance possible in the new LTAN.
LYN also considered Lee "Hans SamD" Jae-hoon, a Korean ADC who previously competed in the LLA and most recently played for BK ROG in the LFL, and Lorenzo "Ceo" Tévez, R7's ADC since 2021, for the position.
Hena has spent the past four seasons playing in the LCK — first with OK BRION, then with BNK Fearx — but has placed in the bottom half of the prestigious league every single split. In that time, he only qualified for playoffs twice. Still, the LCK is an extremely strong league — with former LCKCL players like Kim "Berserker" Min-cheol and Lim "Quid" Hyeon-seung dominating their opponents in recent LCS splits, LYN is hoping Hena will too be a top contender in his role.
Lyon Gaming's expected roster for 2025:
- Top: Eric "Licorice" Ritchie
- Jungle: Sebastián "Oddie" Alonso
- Mid: Kang "Saint" Sung-in
- ADC: Park "Hena" Jeung-hwan
- Support: Pedro Luis "Lyonz" Peralta
