After a challenging 2024 season with M8, White makes the move to the Prime League, joining UOL SE
Unicorns of Love Sexy Edition (USE) have reached a verbal agreement with jungler Aslan "White" Panglose for the upcoming Prime League season, sources have told Sheep Esports. He's the third USE's recruit during this offseason, after AD Carry Nikolaj "DenVoksne" Meilby and support Daniel “seaz” Binderhofer. White has already shared the rift professionally with his new AD Carry in the past. Together they played for Karmine Corp Blue last year, just for a week during the Coupe de France.
White, a French jungler, is a true product of France's amateur League of Legends scene. He began in the Open Tour (tier 3), where his performance gained him recognition and led to his recruitment by Tony Parker Adéquat Academy in LFL Division 2 in 2022. During the Summer Split, he helped the team secure a second-place finish, and later, they made an impressive run in the first Coupe de France, ultimately bowing out in a close 5-game series against Karmine Corp—a memorable match featuring Kamel "Kameto" Kebir himself in the jungle role.
LFL Spring 2023 Champion
In 2023, White advanced to the ERL, joining LDLC OL as the team’s jungler. His tenure was marked by both high and low points: alongside his teammate Théo "Zoelys" Le Scornec, he captured the Spring Split title, but the team’s performance crumbled in the Summer Split amid turbulence within the organization, which announced its exit from League of Legends.
White then joined Gentle Mates in 2024, becoming the first jungler for this new LFL team. He was part of a talented roster with players like Onurcan "Ragner" Aslan and Jérémy "Eika" Valdenaire. While the team initially had a rocky season, they managed an impressive Spring Split run, finishing 3rd and earning a spot in the EMEA Masters. However, the Summer Split was less successful, ending in an 8th-place finish to close the season.
The player is coming off a challenging year with Gentle Mates, during which his performance ratings reflected significant struggles. According to Sheep Stats, he was rated the lowest among all junglers in the league with a score of 56/100. These stats highlight the broader issues within the M8 roster, where misalignment among team members was a persistent problem. White often found himself out of sync with his teammates, resulting in poorly coordinated skirmishes that frequently ended in defeat or poorly timed team fights that hindered their overall performance.
One thing is clear: the player is looking for a fresh start as he steps away from France and the LFL for the first time in his career. He’s now joining the Prime League with USE, a team coming off an impressive 2024 season, having claimed the Summer Split title after a strong playoff run. Although USE were eliminated in the Round of 16 at the last EMEA Masters, it’s likely the team has its sights set on another deep European run. White will be a key asset in leading the team on this new path.
