LOUD already has a target to replace Croc in the jungle
LOUD has also started looking for a replacement for Park "Croc" Jong-hoon, who had to retire to do his mandatory military service in South Korea. Two names are currently on the table for the four-time CBLOL champion's organization.
Sheep Esports has learned that LOUD has been in talks with Kim "Malrang" Geun-seong, but now has another South Korean on the radar and has already started negotiations: Na "Wiz" Yoo-joon, who played FURIA and finished in sixth place in the CBLOL's final year, eliminated by LOUD itself in the playoffs.
If LOUD does end up signing Wiz, it's important to note that he has already completed his mandatory military enlistment. In other words, he won't have to suddenly pause his career at some point to return to his home country.
LOUD's situation in the transfer window
After failing to win their fifth CBLOL title in a row, LOUD found themselves forced to make drastic changes to their roster — they were losing Croc, one of the pillars of the organization.
In addition to the search for a new jungler, Thiago "Tinowns" Sartoritinowns and Leonardo “Robo” Souza are also going through a period of uncertainty — their contracts are set to expire this November. Although the likelihood is that both will renew, LOUD will need to sit down and discuss this contract extension with both players.
The contract of South Korean ADC Moon "Route" Geom-su is in a similar position, but he already has a contract renewal proposal on the table and it's up to him to accept it if he'd like to continue with LOUD.
Although it seems likely that support Ygor “Redbert” Freitas will depart the organization, his future on the team remains uncertain. LOUD has yet to notify him about whether or not he will be dismissed from the roster.
