Mid laner Fabian "FEBIVEN" Diepstraten has reached a verbal agreement with Team Du Sud to compete for the French team in the LFL.
TDS record
TDS is a team that has just been promoted to the first division of the LFL. During 2023, they won both splits of the second division in France and also reached the final of the Coupe de France 2023, ultimately losing 1:3 against Team Go. To qualify for the LFL 2024, they had to win the promotion series, which they did without any complications, securing a 3:0 victory against Izi Dream.
Febiven's history
Legendary midlaner Febiven is set to make his return to the LFL after a full year in the Prime League with SK Gaming Academy. Febiven is renowned for his time in the top European competition, playing for teams like H2k-Gaming and Misfits Gaming. However, his standout performance came with Fnatic. Febiven managed to win the EU LCS Spring and Summer splits in 2015 with Fnatic, as well as finishing third in the 2015 MSI after a close 2:3 loss against SKT.
Febiven also competed in North America throughout 2018 with Clutch Gaming, although the results did not meet expectations and they could not qualify for Worlds.
On July 17, 2021, Febiven announced his retirement from competitive League of Legends. However, a year later, he made a comeback with Mirage Elyandra to secure their position in the LFL and avoid relegation.
